结肠镜检查

结肠内视镜检查 (肠镜) 是透过一条直径约1.2厘米可弯曲的内视镜，从肛门进入直肠，经乙状结肠、降结肠、横结肠、升结肠直至盲肠部位进行检查。医生在电视萤光幕观察肠内的状况或病变，如肿瘤、溃疡或息肉等。医生更可作内镜下切除息肉，抽取病变组织进行化验，避免癌变的可能。当您发现大便习惯改变、原因不明的腹胀、腹痛、便血、消瘦、贫血、大便隐血试验呈阳性等，都建议及早向医生咨询进行胃镜检查。此外，高危人群如50岁以上或近亲患有肠癌者的40岁以上人士，基于国际指引，应作大肠筛查。进行检查前，请查阅结肠镜检查注意事项作准备。

交通资讯

停车场

为方便自驾人士，医院设有收费公共停车场，每小时收费澳门币十元。访客可享有一小时免费泊车；门诊病人可享两小时免费泊车；留医病人则享有四十八小时免费泊车。

公共交通

医院门外设有计程车站，常有计程车来往，方便快捷。医院外围亦设有公共巴士站，乘客可从澳门半岛或氹仔离岛乘坐26、35、36、50B、51、51A、AP1、AP1X、MT1、N2、N5及N6专线巴士到达后步行5分钟至医院。

免费穿梭巴士

医院每日提供免费穿梭巴士服务，往来医院及澳门南湾中区之指定上落地点。首班及尾班车分别于早上九时三十分及晚上八时三十分从医院开出；每小时一班。如尾班车并未有乘客则自动取消。如遇交通挤塞情况，班次时间将有机会延迟。

感染控制

为有效控制感染风险，请注意下列事项并遵守相关指引：

 

  1. 如有呼吸道感染症状，请立即戴上口罩；
  2. 进食前及如厕后必须洗手；
  3. 请保持病房整洁，减少堆放物品，以确保卫生；
  4. 怀疑或确诊感染传染病的病人经风险评估后，如需入住或调迁至单人或隔离病房，需按该病房级别支付房费及其他留医费用；
  5. 本院之探访安排及感染控制措施，会因应澳门卫生部门（例如：澳门疾病预防控制中心）等，发布的传染病或疫情等的最新指引而有所更改。

探访须知

充分休息对病人的复原非常重要。为确保病房宁静及为病人舒适起见，请探访者遵守探访守则。

  • 一般探访时间为上午九时至晚上九时。
  • 每次探访人数上限为两位；
  • 十二岁以下儿童不宜来访；
  • 发烧或身体不适人士不宜探访；
  • 请勿携带宠物进入医院范围；
  • 医院范围不论室内或室外均禁止吸烟；
  • 探访前后请洁手；
  • 院内不得燃烧香烛；
  • 严禁任何形式赌博；
  • 请把手提电话调至静音，并将谈话及电视声量降低，以免影响其他病人；
  • 除医院特许外，私人用具及电器不得在医院内使用；
  • 冷气开放时，请勿随意更改设定及开窗；
  • 访客请勿坐卧病床或占用邻床；
  • 陪同住院的家属须遵守医院作息时间及规则，不得在病房内煮食、洗澡或洗衣；

收费及缴付方法

您的收费账目包含房租、膳食、药物、医疗服务，以及治疗计划中进行的各项检查和手术等的费用。为方便您了解我们的收费准则和缴付方法，我们已把一些既定标准详列如下：

  • 入院前须先缴付住院按金，并保留按金收据于出院结帐时出示；
  • 住院收费会根据入住之病房级别而有所差异；
  • 于紧急或非办公时间使用手术室或进行其他检查服务，如影像或内视镜检查等，均须支付附加费用；
  • 房价以每日收费计算(不含膳食) ：

入院：一经办妥入院手续即作一天计；

出院：办理出院时间为中午12:00前；
＊  延迟出院须额外支付房费：

中午12:00至下午6:00，作半天计；

下午6:00后，作一天计；

  • 晚上九时后家属如留宿陪伴病人，不论是否占用床位，均须按日数收取陪人费；
  • 向医院申领医疗赔偿申报书或医疗报告，均须支付有关行政费用；
  • 住院期间病人有义务保持环境清洁及爱护公物。因疏忽或不当使用而导致医院财物有所损坏，须照价赔偿；
  • 病人如享有与本院关联公司的折扣优惠时，请于办理入院时出示相关资料作出申请。所有优惠不得同时使用，出院后恕不接受补办；
  • 累计的住院费用须每三天结账一次，并于出院前全数缴清(有记账安排的病人除外)；
  • 可选择以现金、本票、信用卡、银联卡、电子支付（如MPay等）付款。支票付款恕不接受；
  • 收费处办公时间为每日早上九时至晚上九时；

医疗保险

如已购买医疗保险，建议您于入院前先自行向相关保险公司了解保障范围及报销申请等手续。医院对病人是否能取得医疗保险之索偿恕不负责。

订房及入院

主诊医生确定病人需要留院时会主动代为预订病房。我们建议您和主诊医生在取得共识的情况下安排入院，所以在您决定入院前，请事先向主诊医生了解自己的治疗方案和收费，以及一切相关疑问。

入院手续办理时间：每日早上九时至晚上九时

以下为入院前的注意事项：

  • 请把过往之检验报告及/或正在服用之药物携同入院；
  • 医院提供蒸馏水、睡衣、毛巾及一次性日常用品如拖鞋、洗浴用品等；
  • 请避免携带贵重物品或大量现金入院；任何时候皆不宜随意放置手袋、手表、现金、首饰、手提电话等贵重物品。如有任何财物遗失，本院恕不负责；
  • 为确保电路安全，未经许可，请勿携带家居电器入院使用；

更换病房/床位

医院有权在必要时调迁病人的床位或房间。倘若病人要求调迁至同等级别或其他级别的病房或床位，本院需视乎当时床位或房间的供应情况才作调动，而病人亦须支付该房费的差额及相关行政费用。

膳食及营养

住院期间，请勿携带气味浓烈的食品（如榴梿等）进入。医院每日为病人提供病房送餐服务。您提前选定的餐点，我们会于早、午、晚指定时间送上。当食物送达时，为确保食物品质及安全，请尽早享用。医院可应病人要求提供营养餐饮指导服务，如有需要，请向主诊医生提出。

医院历史

澳门特区政府重视和支持中医药事业在澳门的发展，于二零零零年批准成立澳门科技大学中医药学院。为了满足广大民众对中医药诊疗的实际需求，并考虑到中医药学院的师生理论和临床实际，经澳门特区卫生局批准，大学在二零零三年十月八日成立了一个集临床、教学、科研于一体的医疗中心─“澳门科技大学中医诊疗中心”，而中心也正是科大医院的前身。 “ 中医诊疗中心” 初建时，由于房源问题，曾借设于镜湖医院内。后迁移至凼仔伟龙马路澳门科技大学C 座地下。 “中医诊疗中心”的医生和教师，用心为病人服务，深受民众的一致好评。

为适应社会对医疗需求的增加，同时为配合大学医疗教育的发展， 经特区政府卫生局批准，科大医院正式于二零零六年三月二十五日成立。医院除保留原有中医诊疗服务外，同时加入西医诊疗的元素，务求使医疗服务范围更趋于完善。科大医院以“健康之路，与您共创”为办院宗旨，​​ 充分发挥中西医互补的优势。在开展中西医的新服务的同时，二零零七年八月十六日又开放住院部， 目前总共设置床位 60 张。
